Ertuğrul PARTAL kimdir?
Ertugrul Partal has gained 4 years experience1992-1996 from Power Distribution Companies in UK(Eastern Electricity, 24/7, EDF Energy Networks Branch) and then 18 years experience(1996-2014) National Grid Electricity Transmission as a Senior Power System Engineer.
He is a Chartered Engineer in UK and is a member of number of ENA Working GroupsG5/4, TS 41-24, S34 as well as representing NGET in ENTSO-E DCC.
Analysis of the performance of MV, HV and EHV cable systems(with different sheath bonding arrangements), OHL or hybrid systems under steady-state and short-circuit conditions by calculating sheath voltages as well as earth return currents.
Distribution & Transmission substation ‘earthing’ calculations to obtain RoEP, Touch and Step Voltages plus ‘hot zone’ calculations under British and International standards such as BS EN 60909-2, BS EN 60909-3, BS EN 50522 and IEEE 80.
Assessments of Earthing Studies at the substations for Offshore & Onshore Wind Farm and Network Rail connections at HV & EHV.
He has worked as a Technical Consultant and Earthing Systems Expert for Turkish Power Transmission Company(TEİAŞ) in between 2014 and early 2021.
He has been working as a Technical Consultant for a Electricity Distribution Corporation called ADM since April,2021 and he is currently a full member of Cigre WG C4.67 representing the same company.
